Integration with Flodesk

Flodesk (aff link) is a beautiful and intuitive email provider and we are happy to support them as a built-in integration for your online course needs!

Will we add other email integrations? If you're wondering if we'll be adding any other email providers as direct integrations in Teachery in the future (Active Campaign, etc) the answer is unfortunately no. BUT, you can use our Zapier, Pabbly, or Make integrations to connect your email provider of choice!

How to integrate your Flodesk account

Flodesk has a slightly different integration process from our other email provider integrations, but the steps are straightforward and easy:

• Click Account in the top navigation of Teachery

• Click the Integrations link option

• Scroll down to find the Flodesk area and click the Connect Now button

• You’ll be promoted to login to your Flodesk account and Allow the connection

• You're integrated!

Add customers to your Flodesk Segments via our Payment or Landing Pages

Every Payment or Landing Page lets you choose which Flodesk Segment you want to send data through to. All you have to do is:

1. Click the Actions button at the top of a Payment or Landing Page

2. Click the Connect Email Provider action

3. Click the Flodesk logo and type the existing Flodesk Segment in your Flodesk account you want to add people to

If you want to add people to multiple Flodesk Segments on the same page, just enter all the Segments and make sure you see them listed under the search field. Don’t forget to hit Save!

IMPORTANT: Flodesk does not allow apps like Teachery to create new Flodesk Segments on your behalf. If you want to create a new Segment in Flodesk, you need to do it from your Flodesk Account and then use the “Refresh Segments” option to find new Segments.
